Pat Lalor’s Organic Farm is in Ballard in Co. Westmeath. Pat’s understanding of grain farming is phenomenal with his award winning single farm Kilbeggan Porridge Oatlets, these are not just a requirement here in Macreddin, but now also decorate the shelves in Macey’s New York and Harrods in London. The Project requires that we grow 100sqm of wheat grain here and it also requires milling here at ZER0KM. This will provide the flour that will be required by the Bakery and the Pastry for the ZER0KM Dinner. Pat will be guiding us in the right direction with his expertise and giving us a helping hand in producing the wheat that is needed for ZER0KM.
